Jakarta, Indonesia – [October 12, 2024] – Voyage Resto & Bar, a fusion restaurant at Vertu Harmoni Jakarta, presents a culinary journey with its exclusive fusion menu, created in collaboration with Bongiovi Dish Creations. The menu is a harmonious blend of Indonesian and Italian flavors as you savor Indonesian specialties infused with authentic Italian-style pasta sauces. This unique fusion will transport your taste buds to two countries, offering a truly unforgettable dining experience. The fusion menu using Bongiovi pasta sauce offers 3 variants including Dad’s original, Marinara, and Arrabiata. The menu features: The Tuna Lime Carpaccio: A refreshing appetizer topped with capers, green and Bongiovi Arrabbiata. Javanese-Italian Noodle Mashup: Gratin fried chicken topped with Bongiovi Dad’s original sauce, mozzarella cheese, and spices, served with stir-fried noodles. Marinara Grilled Chicken Made in Bali: Roulade chicken with kwetiau noodles, served with Bongiovi marinara and a Balinese virginie lemongrass spicy sauce. Pineapple Cheese Cake, A sweet dessert topped with Bongiovi Dad’s original sauce. Bongiovi Dish Creations and Bongiovi Pasta Sauces, a household name synonymous with quality and flavor, is the brainchild of John Bongiovi, Sr., the father of renowned musician Jon Bon Jovi. The sauce’s popularity has soared thanks to its exceptional taste and versatility.
